Pressure rubber hoses with textile carcass

Home » Rubber products » Pressure rubber hoses with textile carcass
They are used as flexible pipelines for supplying liquids, saturated steam, gases and bulk materials under pressure. Rubber hoses are formed from the inner rubber layer, one or more layers of the textile skeleton and the outer rubber layer.

Divided into 8 classes:
B (I) class – gasoline, kerosene, mineral oil. Efficient at temperature from -35 C to +70 C.
V (II) class – technical water, solutions of inorganic acids and alkalis. Efficient at temperature up to +50 C.
(IV) class G – air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and other inert gases. Efficient at temperature from -35 C to +50 C.
P (VII) class – food (alcohol, wine, milk, drinking water). Efficient at temperature up to +50 C.
SH (VIII) class – abrasive materials. Efficient at temperature from -35 C to +50 C.
Steam-1 (X), Steam-2(X) classes – saturated steam. Efficient at temperature +143 C/ 175 C.

Example of reference designation for ordering (I) hose B – 0,63 – 50 – 64 by GOST 18698-79 or TU 38-605157-90, where:
B (I) – class;
0,63 – operating pressure (MPa);
50 – inner diameter (mm);
64 – outer diameter (mm)
