FLOOR COVERING. RUBBER FLOOR.
Floor coverings for production premises should satisfy the following requirements :
wear hardness;
resistance to loads;
resistance to harmful impacts.
It is necessary to determine which agents would be in contact with floor, which humidity is in premises, which power loads would impact the floor covering.
RUBBER-BASED FLOOR COVERING
— rubber-based carpeting;
— carpet flooring of crumb rubber.
Rubber-based carpet flooring is used for commercial purposes.
Floor covering on the basis of crumb rubber can be of two types:
– In the form of tiles;
– In the form of a roll.
At its manufacture is used crumb rubber of about 1.5 -5 mm, and polyurethane as binding composition. Sometimes into the mixture is added synthetic rubber EPDM.
Rubber floor coating in rolls has a number of advantages:
high wear hardness;
waterproof;
sound absorption;
anti-vibration properties;
anti-slip properties;
resistance to aggressive environments.
Covering of rubber is widely used for equipment of child and sports grounds, for loor covering in garage. Thickness of the roll varies from 4 mm to 40 mm. Roll width is of 1.2 meters.
RUBBER FLOOR COVERING FOR GARAGE
If the floor, made of segments, would be damaged, it is enough to replace only one damaged element. However, if there would be damaged the floor made of materials in form of rolls, it would be necessary to replace the whole roll.
Previously such coverings were made of synthetic rubber. Modern rubber garage floor, which is manufactured from rubber crumbs, has higher wear hardness and lower cost. This is why rubber floor coverings in rolls are the optimal material for floor covering in garage.
We offer rubber floor coverings for different purposes.
Rubber coverings for sports grounds (open air, indoors) , stadiums.
Rubber floor coverings for children grounds.
Rubber floor coverings for livestock breeding (livestock mates).
Rubber floor covering in rolls “Elochka”, “Pyatachok”.
Grooved rubber track.
Antisplash rugs.

Ecologically safe.
RUBBER COVERING IN ROLLS:
Width – 1000-1500 mm.
Weight 1 m²
of the covering: 3,0 mm — 3,5 – 4 kr.
There are approximately 10-20 running meters in one roll .
Rubber covering in rolls is resistant to: petroleum, engine oil, dissolvents, diluted acids, alkaline.
Rubber covering in rolls is applied as floor covering in interiors of various transport, including buses, trolleybuses, trams. It can be used in public places: waiting rooms, on the platforms, shopping centers, cafes, airports, railway stations, on ships, at the entrances to buildings, stairways, hallways, etc. Rubber covering in rolls can be used as industrial rubber covering, as a rubber covering for a garage. It is used as a rubber covering for livestock.

MOLDED SHEET SBR AND NBR
They are used for manufacturing of rubber products, applied for sealing of static joints, prevention of friction between metallic surfaces, for perception of isolated impact loads, and also as gaskets and coatings. They are also used as damping elements (baffle plates, rubber bumpers and etc. ) for isolation of vibrations from industrial equipment, for utility facilities, as sealing elements (gaskets) for sewerage and water supply equipment
SBR molded sheets have shown good results at exploitation in road and snow-removal equipment. Convenient pattern cutting of SBR sheet 1000х1000 mm for thickness 40 or 50 mm, allows to cut the necessary size 1000*250 mm and get 4 cuttings without cutting losses from one sheet. Degree of hardness 65+5 point by Shor A scale, is conforming intermediate value of hardness degree (by GOST 7338-90 the average hardness degree is 50-65 by Shor A scale, hard — 65-85 points by Shor A scale), which have a positive influence on rubber wear during the period of exploitation at road equipment. Application of SBR and NBR molded sheets as gasket and cover material, also yield excellent results. Sizes of sheets and quality characteristics are presented in tables below.
Color of the sheet — black, surface — smooth, borders – even.
CONVEYOR BELTS (CONVEYOR)
Conveyor belt is widely used in the food, mining and woodworking industries, as well as printing. With the help of a conveyor belt, it is possible to move solid, loose and lump objects that need to be moved from one section of the shop to another, or to pass through the next stages of the production cycle.
The width of the conveyor belt, indicated in millimeters. The degree of strength depends on the number of layers of fabric (the more layers, the higher the strength of the belt). Often the thickness of the belt is indicated in millimeters, given that the thickness of 1 fabric spacer is about 1 mm. The upper and lower surface of the conveyor belt has a rubber layer — cover. The cover can be both working and non-working side of the belt and have a different thickness.
BKNL-65 fabric — polyester/cotton, rated tensile strength of traction spacer 55 N/mm.
TK-100 fabric — synthetic, rated tensile strength of the traction spacer 100 N/mm
