Products

DRIVE V-BELTS OF NORMAL SECTIONS, GOST 1284.1-89, GOST 1284.2-89
V-belts are used to transmit motion from the engine shaft to the auxiliary units of cars, tractors, combines, machines and other machinery.
There are three main types of V-belts:
— ventilation belts;
— drive belts of normal section;
— wide belts (variator).
Other types of V-belts are less in demand, however, the following products are in production. These are flat-toothed and narrow drive belts. The belts shall consist of a carrier layer on the basis of materials of chemical fibers (cardsor or cord fabric), wrapping tissue layers and layers of rubber, vulcanizing into one product. The bearing layer is located in the longitudinal direction of the belt. The fabric can be used in the layers of rubber. Belts function properly in the temperature range from -30°C to +60°C..

W — the width of the larger base of the belt, mm;

FAN V-BELTS GOST-5813-93
Fan belts are intended for transmission of movement from motor shaft to units of automobiles, tractors and combines.

They are intended for transmission of movement from motor shaft to auxiliary units. They operate at the temperature t° from -40°С up to +60°С.

Depending on applied materials, fan belts can be manufactured in two classes: 1-with polyamide cord, 2-with polyester cord.

Traction Layer (rubber layer)
Elastic layer (rubber).
Support layer (cord for belts of cord construction ).
Support layer (fabric carcass for belts with fabric-cord construction).
Compression layer (consists of rubber).
Wrapping.

Operability temperature range in the environment of ambient air (outside engine compartment): in climate, from -50С up to +60С if the engine would be previously heated before the start, at the temperature below minus 30С, while the temperature under the bonnet in the area of the belt must be less than 80С. For areas with cold and very cold climate from +40С up to -60С.

Depending on ratio of width and height , fan belts are produced of two types:: I — narrow sectional , II — normal sectional.

Fan belts consist of supporting layer on the basis of cords, made of chemical fabric, rubber and wrapping fabric.

Pressure rubber hoses with thread carcass and long-length consist of inner rubber layer, thread braid and outer rubber layer. They are applied as flexible connecting pipelines for supply of fluids, gases and bulk materials under pressure.

PRESSURE-SUCTION HOSES GOST 5398-76
Pressure-suction hoses GOST 5398-76 with a textile skeleton are used for suction and injection of various liquids, fuels, oil-based oils and gases. The suction hose is formed of several layers: the inner rubber, one or more layers of the textile skeleton and the outer rubber. The pressure hose is formed of several layers: the inner rubber, one or more layers of the textile skeleton and the outer rubber. The product is manufactured in two versions: smooth and corrugated.
Pressure-suction hoses are of two types: smooth and corrugated.

I – suction hose (pressure parameters: vacuum – 0,08 MPa (0,8 athm))

HOSES FOR GAS WELDING AND METAL CUTTING GOST 9356-75
The product is used to supply pressurized gases, liquid fuels, oxygen to devices for gas welding and metal cutting.
Hoses for gas welding and metal cutting are divided into 3 classes:
I class – for the supply of acetylene, urban gas, propane, butane at a pressure of 0.63 MPa;
II class – for the supply of liquid fuels: gasoline, kerosene or mixtures thereof at a pressure of 0.63 MPa;
III class – for the supply of oxygen at a pressure of 2.0 MPa.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE:
from -35°С up to +70°С – for moderate and tropical climate
from -55°С up to +70°С – for cold climate.

High-pressure hose GOST 6286-73 is an analogue of foreign hoses according to specifications EN 853 1ST (SAE 100 R1A, ISO 1436-1, 1ST/R1A) and EN 853 2ST (SAE 100 R2A, ISO 1436-1, 2ST/R2A).
Hoses manufactured in accordance with GOST 6286-73 or DIN EN 853 standard are used as flexible pipelines in hydraulic systems of agricultural machines, hydraulic drives of construction, road and municipal machines for high-pressure supply of hydraulic fluids according to ISO 6743, gasoline, kerosene, oil-based oils, oil and water emulsions, emulsion, soluble and mineral oils in the temperature range from -40°C to +100°C; liquids containing water in the temperature range from -40°C to +70°C; +70°C.
Hose groups: A, B, V, Z.
A group - with the use of a wire with a breaking force not less than 15,0 kg.

Parts for sealing fixed joints, complete elimination of friction between metal surfaces are produced from them, to protect against damping dynamic effects, to protect against electrical influences. Used as gaskets and floorings, to absorb single shock loads in machines and assemblies, in various industries.

INTERPRETATION OF MARKING OF IMPORTED MOLDED SHEETS:
SBR — technical rubber for general purposes ;
NBR — rubber, resistant to oils and petroleum products;
NR — technical rubber for contact with edible products;
EPDM — rubber, resistant to impact of oxygen, ozone and high temperatures;
CR — rubber, resistant to impact of acids, alkaline and atmospheric impacts.
MOLDED SHEETS SBR AND NBR
Molded sheets SBR and NBR — is the analog of domestically produced sheets HCAAR-S and OPR-S, produced in accordance with GOST ГОСТ 7338-90, are demanded by consumers of engineering industry and road services. They are used for manufacturing of rubber products, applied for sealing of fixed joints, prevention of friction between metallic surfaces, as gaskets and coatings for perception of isolated impact loads. They are also used as damping elements (baffle plates, rubber bumpers and etc. ) for isolation of vibrations from industrial equipment, for utility facilities, as sealing elements for sewerage and water supply equipment . SBR sheets are also applied in road snow-removal equipment. Degree of hardness 65+5 point by Shor A scale, is conforming intermediate value of hardness degree (by GOST 7338-90 the average hardness degree is 50-65 by Shor A scale, hard — 65-85 points by Shor A scale), which have a positive influence on rubber wear during the period of exploitation at road equipment. Application of SBR and NBR molded sheets as gasket and cover material, also yield excellent results. Sizes of sheets and quality characteristics are presented in tables below. Color of sheets – black, surface – smooth, borders – even, can have one or several intermediate fabric layers.
MOLDED SHEETS EPDM
Molded sheets EPDM — are the analog of domestically produced OPR-S, produced in accordance with GOST 7338-90, but with better cold and weather-resistant characteristics. They have good chemical and age resistance . Especially they are suitable for outdoor application and application in sea water. Operating range of temperatures is from— 40°С up to + 140°С. Color of sheets— black, surface — smooth, borders – even, can have one or several intermediate fabric layers.
MOLDED SHEETS NR
Molded sheets NR — are the analog of domestically food sheets produced in accordance with GOST 17133-83. They are intended for sealing of static connections and another elements in contact with foodstuff: fruits, vegetables, fruit and vegetable juices, purees and canned food, beer, wine materials, yeast cream, mushrooms, drinking water, gas water, mineral water, kvas, sugar syrups, milk and other products. Operating temperature from — 40°С to + 100°С. Hardness degree 60+5 points by Shor A scale (conform average degree by Shor A) Color of sheets — pale-yellow, surface — smooth, can be with one or two intermediate fabric layers.
MOLDED SHEETS СR
Molded sheets СR — are the analog of domestically manufactured sheets АМS-S, produced in accordance with GOST ГОСТ 7338-90. Resistant to impact of alkaline, acids, weather conditions and ageing. Operating temperature from — 10°С up to + 70°С. Color of sheets — black, surface — smooth, cane be with one or two intermediate fabric layers.
FLOOR COVERING. RUBBER FLOOR.
Various floor coverings are used for decoration of accommodation rooms, offices, hotels, production premises, sport halls and etc. Floor covering is chosen on the basis of functional intention of the premises, where it would be applied.
Floor coverings for production premises should satisfy the following requirements :
wear hardness;
resistance to loads;
resistance to harmful impacts.

RUBBER-BASED FLOOR COVERING
They include:
— rubber-based carpeting;
— carpet flooring of crumb rubber.
Rubber-based carpet flooring is used for commercial purposes.

Floor covering on the basis of crumb rubber can be of two types:
– In the form of tiles;

– In the form of a roll.
At its manufacture is used crumb rubber of about 1.5 -5 mm, and polyurethane as binding composition. Sometimes into the mixture is added synthetic rubber EPDM.

Rubber floor coating in rolls has a number of advantages:

RUBBER FLOOR COVERING FOR GARAGE

STORAGE
Rubber covering in rolls should be stored in closed premises in conditions, excluding deformation and damages, at the temperature from -15 С up to +35 С. It is admissible to store rubber covering at the temperature below -25С in the case if that deformation and shock loads are excluded.
MOLDED SHEET SBR AND NBR
Molded sheets SBR and NBR — is the analog of domestically produced sheets HCAAR-S and OPR-S, produced in accordance with GOST ГОСТ 7338-90 and, accordingly, has good reviews of consumers of engineering industry and road services. Large and smooth cutting of the sheet allows to use it for the manufacturing of huge range of products. Wide temperature range from -30 up to +70С allows to use the sheets in various weather conditions.

Convenient pattern cutting of SBR sheet 1000х1000 mm for thickness 40 or 50 mm, allows to cut the necessary size 1000*250 mm and get 4 cuttings without cutting losses from one sheet. Degree of hardness 65+5 point by Shor A scale, is conforming intermediate value of hardness degree (by GOST 7338-90 the average hardness degree is 50-65 by Shor A scale, hard — 65-85 points by Shor A scale), which have a positive influence on rubber wear during the period of exploitation at road equipment. Application of SBR and NBR molded sheets as gasket and cover material, also yield excellent results. Sizes of sheets and quality characteristics are presented in tables below.

CONVEYOR BELTS (CONVEYOR)
Modern industrial organizations strive for full automation and optimization of technological processes. A large and very important role in solving this issue is played by conveyor belts.

Conveyor belt is widely used in the food, mining and woodworking industries, as well as printing. With the help of a conveyor belt, it is possible to move solid, loose and lump objects that need to be moved from one section of the shop to another, or to pass through the next stages of the production cycle.

The width of the conveyor belt, indicated in millimeters. The degree of strength depends on the number of layers of fabric (the more layers, the higher the strength of the belt). Often the thickness of the belt is indicated in millimeters, given that the thickness of 1 fabric spacer is about 1 mm. The upper and lower surface of the conveyor belt has a rubber layer — cover.
