Pressure-suction hoses

Home » Rubber products » Pressure-suction hoses
Pressure-suction hoses GOST 5398-76 with a textile skeleton are used for suction and injection of various liquids, fuels, oil-based oils and gases. The suction hose is formed of several layers: the inner rubber, one or more layers of the textile skeleton and the outer rubber. The pressure hose is formed of several layers: the inner rubber, one or more layers of the textile skeleton and the outer rubber. The product is manufactured in two versions: smooth and corrugated.

Pressure-suction hoses are of two types: smooth and corrugated.

GROUPS:

I – suction hose (pressure parameters: vacuum – 0,08 MPa (0,8 athm))
II – pumping suction hose (pressure parameters: vacuum — 0,08 MPa (0,athm), head — 0,3; 0,5 and 1,0 MPa (3; 5; and 1,0 athm)).

Example of a symbol:

HOSE G – 2 – 25 – 10 GOST 5398-76, WHERE:

G – class (gasoline, kerosene, fuel, oil-based oils);
2 – group (for example, pressure-suction hoses);
25 – inner diameter (mm);
10 – working pressure (kgs/cm2).

NOTES:

Hoses of all classes of I group shall be tight at hydraulic pressure equal to:
0.3 MPa (3 kgf/cm2) – for hoses with an internal diameter of up to 75 mm;
0.2 MPa (2 kgf/cm2) – for hoses with an internal diameter of more than 75 mm
Hoses of B, V, P, KSCH classes shall have not less than threefold safety factor (3P) at break hydraulic pressure.
