Production

CVT belts GOST 26379-84

CVT belts are used for, correspondingly, variable drives of farmery  units, in order to provide   stepless regulation of speed level during transmission of rotation from motor to the rest of the working parts of device (machine). CVT belts operate  nonfaulty at temperatures from   -30°С up to  +60°С.

V-type CVT belts are characterized by  high strength. They are applied at power mechanisms of agricultural and industrial machines, which require fast distribution of power in various speed elements and drives.

At the present moment CVT belts are manufactured of two types: with smooth surface, and also with pre-packed teeth. If the tooth is present, it becomes possible to increase  maximum value  of operating temperature, and also to apply belts at  driven variable speed pulleys, characterized by small diameter. CVT belts are  characterized by high wear resistance, and the ability to operate smoothly in different modes of operation of the devices (quiet style, aggressive, and so on). This became possible due to the typical single cord belt base.

The structure of CVT belts includes resistant and elastic aramid yarns, which prevent stretching of the belt and other deformations. Belts of this type have quite smooth travelling and excellent stability both at idle and at high speed of the device  (engine).

CVT belts , conforming  GOST 26379-84, at the present moment are manufactured with  toothed inner surface, and also with open  lateral edges. But it is important to remember, that some sizes of belts, and also some items, for example, for agricultural devices, are still produced without special teeth.  This type is named “wrapped”.

V-type drive belts with normal sections GOST 1284.1-89, GOST 1284.2-89

V-type belts are intended for transmission of movement from motor shaft to auxiliary units of cars,  tractors, combines,  machine tools, etc.

 

V-TYPE BELTS ARE PRODUCED OF THREE MAIN ITEMS:

fan; drive with normal section; wide (CVT).

V-type belts has also another types. They are plain-teeth and narrow drive belts. The belts should consist of  support layer on the basis of chemical fabrics (single-cord or cord fabric), wrapping tissue layers and layers of rubber, vulcanized into one product. Supporting layer is located in longitudinal direction of the belt. In rubber layers can be used fabric. The belts are intended for operation at ambient temperature equal to    -30°С up to +60°С.

W — width of bigger base of the belt, mm ;

а — the wedge angle of the belt, equal to (40 ±1)º.

V-type fan belts GOST 5813-93

Fan belts are intended for transmission of movement from motor shaft to units of automobiles, tractors and combines.

 

They are intended for transmission of movement from motor shaft to auxiliary units. They operate at the temperature t° from -40°С up to +60°С.

 

Depending on applied materials, fan belts can be manufactured in two classes: 1-with polyamide cord, 2-with polyester cord.

 

  1. Traction Layer (rubber layer)
  2. Elastic layer (rubber).
  3. Support layer (cord for belts of cord construction ).
  4. Support layer (fabric carcass for belts with fabric-cord construction).
  5. Compression layer (consists of rubber).
  6. Wrapping.

 

Operability temperature range in the environment of ambient air (outside engine compartment): in climate, from -50С up to  +60С if the engine would be previously heated before the start, at the temperature below minus 30С, while the temperature under the bonnet in the area of the belt must be less than 80С. For areas with cold and very cold climate from +40С up to -60С.

 

Depending on ratio of width and height , fan belts are produced of two types:: I — narrow sectional  , II — normal sectional.

 

Fan belts consist of supporting layer on the basis of cords, made of chemical fabric, rubber and wrapping fabric.

Poly V-belts

V-ribbed belts are  classified as multi-purpose products. They represent a type, that combines characteristics of V-type and plain belts.

Plain part of V-ribbed belts consists of  traction layer, however, being strengthened by the presence of longitudinal V-ribs , it has much more stronger design. By its technical characteristics V-ribbed belts show higher capacity in comparison with, as plain, as well V-type belts. This is achieved due to high  rates, that are envisioned for construction of this drive, namely  the possibility of more efficient operation at equal data along the belt’s width.  In comparison of V-ribbed belts with analogical standard V-type belts, the difference is very clear.  Drive width of this type of belts, as minimum, could be decreased two times without any loss of exploitation efficiency.

Pressure rubber hoses with thread strengthening GOST 10362-76

Are applied as flexible pipelines for supply of air, inert gases and liquids under pressure. The hose consists of inner rubber layer, thread carcass (strengthening) with one or several intermediate layers (or without them) from rubber or adhesive paste and outer rubber layer, or without it.

Pressure-suction hoses GOST  5398-76 with fabric carcass are applied for suctioning and pumping of  various fluids, fuels, petroleum based oils and gases. Suction hose consists of several layers: inner rubber layer, one or several layers of fabric carcass and outer rubber layer.  Pressure (pumping) hose consists of several layers: inner rubber layer, one or several layers of fabric carcass and outer rubber layer.

REMARKS:
  1. The hoses of all classes in group I should be sealed at hydraulic pressure equal to:
    0,3 MPa (3 kgs/cm2) – for hoses with inner diameter up to 75 mm;
    0,2 MPa (2 kgs/cm2) – for hoses with inner diameter bigger than75 mm;
  2. The hoses of classes G, W, P, AA should have at least triple safety margin (3P) at break hydraulic pressure.

Hoses for gas welding and metal cutting GOST 9356-75

The hoses are intended for supply of gases, liquid fuel, oxygen under pressure to the devices for gas welding and metal cutting.

 

THEY ARE DIVIDED INTO 3 CLASSES:

class I – for supply of  acetylene, town gas, propane, butane under pressure of 0.63 MPa;
class II – for supply of liquid petrol, kerosene or mixtures thereof under the pressure of 0.63 MPa;
Class III – for supplying oxygen under pressure of 2.0 MPa.

 

OPERATING TEMPERATURE:

from -35°С up to +70°С – for moderate and tropical climate
from  -55°С up to +70°С – for cold climate.
Safety factor of oxygen hoses should be at least 3Р.

High pressure hoses with metallic braid GOST 6286-73/DIN EN 853

High-pressure hoses GOST 6286-73 are the analog of foreign manufactured hoses in accordance with specifications EN 853 1ST (SAE 100 R1A, ISO 1436-1, 1ST/R1A) and EN 853 2ST (SAE 100 R2A, ISO 1436-1, 2ST/R2A).

 

The hoses are manufactured in accordance with GOST  6286-73 or by the standard DIN EN 853 and applied as flexible pipelines in hydraulic systems of  agricultural machines, hydraulic drives of constructing, road and utilities machines for supply of hydraulic liquids under high pressure according to  ISO 6743, petroleum, kerosene, petroleum-based oils, oil and water emulsions, emulsion, soluble and mineral oils  in the temperature range from -40°С up to +100°С; liquids , containing water, in the temperature range -40°С up to+70°С; water with temperature below  +70°С.

 

Groups of hoses: A,B,C, Z.
group . А – with application of wire with breaking tension at least 15,0 kg.
group B – with application of wire with breaking tension at least 17,5 kg.
group. Zgroup C – of wire with brass surface and breaking tension at least  20,0 kg.

Import molded sheets

«BARVENT IMPEX» LLC offers a wide range of imported molded sheets (technical sheets). They are used for production of sealing elements for  fixed joints, preventing friction between metal surfaces, for protection from  damping of  dynamic forces, for protection from electric forces. They are applied as gaskets and cover sheets for perception of  isolated impulse loads in machines and assemblies in various industrial sectors. Molded sheets can have different sizes, they can be  cut out, glued, spread a layer of glue on one or two sides of the sheet, depending on your technical requirements.

INTERPRETATION OF MARKING OF IMPORTED MOLDED SHEETS:

SBR — technical rubber for general purposes  ;
NBR — rubber, resistant to oils and petroleum products;
NR — technical rubber for contact with edible products;
EPDM — rubber, resistant to impact of oxygen, ozone and high temperatures;
CR — rubber, resistant to impact of acids, alkaline and atmospheric impacts.

 

MOLDED SHEETS SBR AND NBR

Molded sheets SBR and NBR — is the analog of domestically produced sheets HCAAR-S and OPR-S, produced in accordance with GOST ГОСТ 7338-90, are demanded by consumers of engineering industry and road services. They are used for manufacturing of   rubber products, applied for sealing of fixed joints, prevention of friction between metallic surfaces, as gaskets and coatings for perception of isolated  impact loads. They are also used as damping elements (baffle plates, rubber bumpers and etc. ) for isolation of vibrations from industrial equipment, for utility facilities, as sealing elements for sewerage and water supply equipment . SBR sheets are also applied in road snow-removal equipment. Degree of hardness  65+5 point by Shor A scale,  is conforming intermediate value of hardness degree (by GOST 7338-90 the average hardness degree is  50-65 by Shor A scale, hard — 65-85 points by Shor A scale), which have a positive influence on rubber wear during the period of exploitation at road equipment.  Application of SBR and NBR molded sheets as gasket and cover material, also yield  excellent  results. Sizes of sheets and quality characteristics are presented  in tables below. Color of sheets – black, surface – smooth, borders –  even, can have one or several intermediate fabric layers.

 

MOLDED SHEETS  EPDM

Molded sheets EPDM — are the analog of domestically produced OPR-S, produced in accordance with  GOST 7338-90, but with better cold and weather-resistant characteristics.  They have good chemical and age resistance . Especially they are suitable for outdoor application and application in sea water. Operating range of temperatures is from— 40°С up to + 140°С. Color of sheets— black, surface — smooth, borders –  even, can have one or several intermediate fabric layers.

 

MOLDED SHEETS NR

Molded sheets NR — are the analog of domestically food sheets produced  in accordance with GOST 17133-83. They are intended for sealing of static connections and another elements in contact with foodstuff: fruits, vegetables, fruit and vegetable juices, purees and canned food, beer, wine materials, yeast cream, mushrooms, drinking water, gas water, mineral water, kvas, sugar syrups, milk and other products. Operating temperature from — 40°С to + 100°С. Hardness degree 60+5 points  by Shor A scale (conform average degree by Shor A) Color of sheets — pale-yellow, surface — smooth, can be with one or two intermediate fabric layers.

 

MOLDED SHEETS СR

Molded sheets СR — are the analog of domestically manufactured sheets АМS-S, produced in accordance with GOST ГОСТ 7338-90. Resistant to impact of alkaline, acids, weather conditions and ageing. Operating temperature from — 10°С up to + 70°С. Color of sheets — black, surface — smooth, cane be with one or two intermediate fabric layers.

 

FLOOR COVERING. RUBBER FLOOR .

Various floor coverings are used for decoration of accommodation rooms, offices, hotels, production premises, sport halls and etc. Floor covering is chosen on the basis of  functional intention of the premises, where it would be applied.
Floor coverings for production premises should satisfy the following requirements  :
wear hardness;
resistance to loads;
resistance to harmful impacts.
It is necessary to determine which agents would be in contact with floor, which humidity is in premises, which power loads would impact the floor covering.

 

RUBBER-BASED FLOOR COVERING

They include:
— rubber-based carpeting;
— carpet flooring of crumb rubber.
Rubber-based carpet flooring is used for commercial purposes.

Floor covering on the basis of crumb rubber can be of two types:
– In the form of tiles;

– In the form of a roll.
At its manufacture is used crumb rubber of about 1.5 -5 mm, and polyurethane as binding composition. Sometimes into the mixture is added synthetic rubber EPDM.

Rubber floor coating in rolls has a number of advantages:
high wear hardness;
waterproof;
sound absorption;
anti-vibration properties;
anti-slip properties;
resistance to aggressive environments.
Covering of rubber is widely used for equipment of child and sports grounds, for loor covering in garage.  Thickness of the roll varies from 4 mm to 40 mm. Roll width is of 1.2 meters.

 

 RUBBER FLOOR COVERING FOR GARAGE

The main problem of garages is dust and dampness. Good flooring in garage helps to protect your  car form it harmful effects. Cement floor generate humidity in premises and has such unpleasant property as dusting.  Moreover it is quite uneven. To remedy these shortcomings there is usually made liquid polymer floor or applied a variety of floor coverings. Garage flooring covering should has  high resistance to aggressive media – gasoline, acid, oil, etc., to mechanical damage, have a long service life, repel moisture and be fireproof. It is easy to care for rubber floor covering. It is easy to clean with a water jet from a hose, even without the use of detergents.

If the floor, made of segments, would be damaged, it is enough to replace only one damaged element. However, if there would be damaged the floor made of materials in form of  rolls, it would be necessary to replace the whole roll.
Previously such coverings were made of synthetic rubber. Modern rubber garage floor, which is manufactured from rubber crumbs, has higher wear hardness and lower cost. This is why rubber floor coverings in rolls are the optimal material for floor covering in garage.

STORAGE

Rubber covering in rolls should be stored in closed premises in conditions, excluding deformation and damages, at the temperature from -15 С up to +35 С. It is admissible to store rubber covering at the temperature below  -25С in the case if that deformation and shock loads are  excluded.

Conveyor belts (transporter)

Modern industrial enterprises are anxious about full automation and optimization of their technological processes. And an important role in solution of this issue play conveyor belts.

Conveyor belt is widely used in food, mining, woodworking industries, and also in polygraphy. With the help of conveyor belt it becomes possible to transport solid, bulk and lump objects, which should be transported from one area of the shop to another, or to transport through next stages of production cycle.

The thickness of conveyor belt is presented in millimeters. Construction, in other words, the number of fabric layers (the bigger is number of layers, the stronger is the belt). Or it is possible to specify thickness of the belt in millimeters, taking into account, that thickness of 1 fabric layer is approximately 1 mm.   upper and lower surfaces of conveyor belt have rubber layer – encasing.  The encasing can be as at carrying, as well at non-carryin side of the belt and has different thickness.

Type of fabrics in plies determine strength of conveyor belt.
Fabrics  BKNL-65 — polyester / cotton, rated breaking strength of traction plies 55 N / mm.
Fabrics  TK-100 — Synthetic, nominal breaking strength of traction plies 100 N / mm.
